  • Improv for Adults Who Stutter

    Improv for Adults Who Stutter brings together the dynamic energy of improvisational theater with evidence-based communication and fluency techniques to empower adults who stutter.

    Facilitated by a speech-language pathologist with a background in improv performance and coaching, you’ll engage in improv warm-ups, games, and activities designed to boost confidence and group cohesion.

    As a group, we’ll foster trust and delve into the fundamentals of improv, discovering the joy of spontaneous co-creation while learning effective communication and fluency-enhancing techniques.

  • Anxiety-Friendly Improv

    An improv program that maintains a high level of sensitivity for anxious, shy or self-conscious people who want to learn improv in an accepting, low-pressure environment with “like-feeling” people.

    Participants: Any adult (18+) who experiences anxiety, shyness, or self-consciousness who wishes to experience improv with a group of people (and an improv coach) who understand their feelings, in a supportive, accepting environment.

  • Improv for Teens on the Autism Spectrum

    Boost confidence, explore emotions of self and others, and HAVE TONS OF FUN doing improv comedy with peers!

    Improv for Autism is an improv-based therapy group focused on social and life skill-building for teens (ages 15-18) on the Autism Spectrum.

    This program fosters self-exploration, promotes interpersonal connection, and helps build social, emotional and life skills in an accepting and fun environment.

    Participants: Teens (15-18 years) on the autism spectrum.

  • In-the-Groove Improv: Improv for Seniors

    Are you a senior looking for a fun way to try something new and interesting, meet new people, share some laughs and keep your brain fit? In-the-Groove Improv is the course for you!

    Come get creative while learning how to perform improvisational comedy. You’ll learn the comedic improvisational acting techniques and skills used by professionals by doing fun exercises and playing improv games that will keep everyone laughing!

    Participants: Seniors looking to have fun, make friends, and learn how to do comedy using the techniques that professional comedians do!

  • Mindful Improv

    An improv class that combines mindfulness and grounding exercises with improvisational theater techniques, exercises and games.
